Group visits and discounts are available for schools, non-profit groups, churches, camps, and daycares.  Booked groups of 10 or more children will receive a discounted rate of $4.50 per child.  Pre-book three or more visits at one time and receive an additional discount after your first visit.  Birthday parties cannot be booked as group visits.

Please try and call us 3 days before you'd like to visit.  We may be able to accommodate your group with at least 24 hours notice, please call us so we know you are coming.  717-JUMP (5867).

When booking your visit, please let us know many children you will bring, their age range, how many staff numbers you will have, how long you would like to stay (visits may be up to 3 hours) and if you will bring a snack or lunch.  The Playroom is designed for children up to 10 years-old.  We can accommodate a small number of older children, please let us know when you book your group if you have children over 10 years of age.

Your group may be able to have access to a room to enjoy a snack, lunch, or just to put your stuff.  Please ask us if a room is available.

Children must be actively supervised by your staff.  To provide proper supervise, staff members must wear socks to be on the play floor.   Socks for adults and children are available for $1.

Full payment is due upon arrival.  Checks are accepted and should be made to The Playroom TriCities.

All children must have a signed waiver signed by a guardian.  Waivers are available on our website.

Everyone, including adults, must wear socks to enter the facility.
